I tried added the door onto the lift and with a bit of organising the component tabs managed to get it to work. The I tried adding animations onto the door to allow the door to close between floors. An issue occurred that affected the door's position on the lift. After so tinkering, I found out that the timeline was set the door's X position to a high number causing the door to be far away from the lift so it set the door's X position to "get relative location". I was also trying to optimise and improve lift.
Outside of work, I tried to get the dynamic water to work one last time by following a tutorial by UnrealEngine but the tutor wasn't very focused towards beginner and I failed to get it to work.
Still outside of work, I watch a informational video by Blender Guru to learn how to use blender.
16/2 - 17/2
I started modelling a chair in Blender. After a lot of errors and searching through menus to find what I want to do. I created a chair model. Afterwards I created set of glasses in Blender for use in the bar.
Then I started trying to get the lift doors to work probably. After that I started improving and optimising the lift to make it as effective as possible. During this I couldn't get the lift due to a unconnected node and it took so long to find and at this point everything was super complicated with nodes over lapping other nodes.
